    Should you wish to escalate your complaint further please contact the general manager.

    Client services operating hours are from 9:00 to 17:00 during weekdays.
  Submit your eQuotes and Online Claims 24 hours a day, every day! Call centre operating hours from Monday to Friday 7am - 9pm. Saturday 8am - 1pm
